A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Manager in Nuneaton. This position plays a key role within the site food safety and quality management team, responsible for tracking and monitoring data to identify and escalate trends to key stakeholders.
The role involves managing data from customer complaints, microbiological testing (both on-site and external assessments), and ensuring accurate documentation and records management through internal systems and external portals. The role also includes communicating information with external auditors (BRC/retailers).
You will manage and document the site food safety and quality management systems, ensuring systems and procedures facilitate the production of safe, legal, and authentic products that meet specified quality and food safety standards. You will also lead efforts to ensure adherence to the food safety agenda.
