Reports to: Director of Quality (DOQ)
Employment type: Full time, permanent
Based: Field based around Northeast and Yorkshire must be flexible to travel
Salary: DOE plus company car
About the role
As a Quality Advisor (QA) you are responsible for supporting the centres in meeting the delivery of the annual strategy for quality. The QA works closely with the Director of Quality (DOQ) and alongside the Area Directors (AD) to facilitate strategies in support of the vision, mission, core values and quality of childcare throughout the UK.
The QA does this by using their individual skillset and experience alongside Bee Curious tools to support in the delivery of the best childcare and education, giving every child the best start in life and showcasing this in regulatory body inspections achieving the highest possible outcome at inspection.
