Job summary

Shirley Parsons Ltd are recruiting a Quality Advisor for a major energy infrastructure project based in Peterhead. You will drive quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across site operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in a quality role, a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and auditing, and you will report to senior stakeholders. A competitive salary, discretionary bonus, and pension are included.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a Quality role such as Quality Advisor or QA Engineer.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification is desirable.
• Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders.

Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client to recruit a Quality Advisor for a significant infrastructure and energy project based in Peterhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major long-term project and play a key role in driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Support the management of non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on quality performance and trends.
• Deliver quality briefings and support teams in driving improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.

About You

• 3-5 years' experience within a Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
• Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage your own workload.
