Shirley Parsons is working exclusively with a Tier 1 Construction Contractor who are looking to appoint a Quality Advisor to cover their Southern region. This person will be working across projects such as Highway Maintenance, road resurfacing, streetlights, regeneration projects, high street renovations and ITS (Traffic signalling).

Quality Advisor Responsibilities:

• Be the face of the business across the locations specified.
• Advise site managers and clients on how to remain Quality compliant and offer your experience to overcome potential Quality issues.
• Train site members on new technologies, how to create ITP's, review NCR's and develop Quality frameworks to make effective business decisions.
• This role is focused on client and site management. Work closely with them to really develop relationships and become the person that they work with to really bring Quality into the fold.
• Prepare for and lead internal audits for the area.
• Host external audits from certification bodies.

Quality Advisor Skills and Experience:

• Have site level Quality experience within a Construction environment.
• Highways experience is preferred (not essential).
• A successful track record managing certifications for ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Membership to the CQI – preferred but not essential.
