Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited Lincoln is seeking a Quality Administrator with a food manufacturing background to join a rapidly growing company. You will maintain quality documentation, manage supplier records, handle complaints and non-conformances, and support internal audits with HACCP training.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting between 8am and 9am, with flexitime, internal audit training, free parking and a supportive, close-knit team environment.

Qualifications

• Quality documentation management experience is required.

Are you a Quality Administrator with a background in food manufacturing, looking to join a rapidly growing company where you can gain internal auditing and HACCP training, progressing your career within a supportive and close-knit team?

In this role, you will be maintaining quality documentation, managing supplier records, handling complaints and non-conformances, and supporting internal audits. You will also be checking product specifications and supporting shop floor QA when required.

This company is a rapidly growing food manufacturer specialising in sauces, condiments and other food products. Established in 2021, they have quickly built a strong reputation for quality and customer service and continue to invest in their products and manufacturing capabilities as they expand.

This role would suit a Quality Administrator from a food manufacturing background, looking to develop their skills through further training and development in a supportive environment within a growing company.

The Role:

• Maintaining quality documentation and supplier records
• Managing complaints and non-conformances
• Supporting internal audits and quality checks
• Full training given on internal auditing and HACCP
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, starting between 8am and 9am

The Person:

• Quality Administrator or similar
• Background in food manufacturing
