Our work revolves around Plan Zero. You’ll join the quality assurance team within OVO Energy Solutions, focusing on installing energy efficiency measures in homes through partnerships with social housing providers and others.

This role in a nutshell:

This is a fixed-term role until 30th August 2024, supporting the delivery of energy efficiency measures by creating process documentation.

Your key outcomes will be:

  • Maintain a document register for business documentation and support process creation and review
  • Develop process maps and supporting documentation
  • Support record-keeping for risk and change management
  • Complete assurance reporting
  • Support customer service by handling calls and complaints as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating process maps and documentation
  • Strong IT skills, especially in spreadsheets and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Self-motivated and assertive
  • Desirable: Knowledge of energy efficiency installations and regulatory requirements

What’s in it for you:
