Quality Administrator
£29,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities).
12-month fixed term contract.

Location: Wrexham.

The role:
Our client, is looking to recruit a Quality Administrator to work for a reputable food manufacturer in the Wrexham area. This role is working in a friendly team in a positive working environment.

Main Duties of the Quality Administrator:



  • Maintain and update quality documentation.

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and assisting with audit readiness.

  • Record, monitor, and report on non-conformances and corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements.

  • Collate data and generate reports on quality KPIs and trends.

  • Support with administrative tasks including document control, filing, and data entry.

  • Liaise with production to investigate quality issues.



Candidate:
The successfully appointed Quality Administrator will have:
Essential:



  • The ability to produce detailed reviews.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.



Desirable:



  • Previous experience in a quality or administrative role within the food manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.



  • Training in HACCP Level 2 or above.

  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) or ERP systems.
