Qualifications

  • Experience with CAPA is beneficial but not essential.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to the join the Quality department of a large international organisation based in Folkestone. This position is a temporary role, initially for 6 months with the possibility of being extended further.

You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and be able to take responsibility for all relevant administration within the Quality department.

The duties will include:

  • Administering the European Change Control Program, logging and tracking all change initiatives to ensure timely closure and compliance.
  • Maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and controlled forms, in line with ISO and GMP standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and evidence for inspections.
  • Coordinate CAPA activities, deviations, and non-conformance tracking.
  • Compile and analyse quality data to generate monthly reports for management review.
  • Liaise with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of procedural changes.
  • Manage training records and assist in onboarding new staff with QMS inductions.

The hours are - 37 per week (9am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 9-4:30 Fri) with 45 min lunch break (30 mins unpaid, 15 paid)
