Job Description

Role Mission: To deliver high-quality moderation and insights on qualitative projects for Med Planet and M3 group companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research studies in pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology, and diagnostics
• Manage projects, brief clients, create discussion guides/questionnaires, and facilitate interviews and group discussions
• Prepare and present results reports
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in market research, ideally in the medical field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience with various market research projects preferred
• Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Enthusiastic about improving service quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives
