The Technician will service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, perform MOTs if qualified, and benefit from Toyota training and a strong earning potential with a basic salary up to £36,000 and an uncapped bonus (OTE £45,000+).

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent (Level 2 candidates considered).
• Minimum of 3 years’ workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards in line with workshop procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional workshop standards and service.
• Utilise manufacturer-specific systems, including Toyota flat-rate time system.
• Perform MOTs (if qualified), diagnostics, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out and parts used.
