Job summary

Steven Eagell Group is seeking a Lexus Hatfield Vehicle Technician to carry out service, maintenance and repairs to Toyota GB standards. You will diagnose faults, manage repairs and communicate with customers with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Level 2 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
• Minimum of 2 years of automotive industry experience.
• MOT Tester qualification preferred.
• Confident communicator with good customer service skills.
• Passionate about the automotive industry and working for Toyota/Lexus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota GB standards.
• Inspect vehicles and diagnose faults, including non-routine issues.
• Identify and report defects in line with MOT and Vehicle Safety Report requirements.
• Complete all work within allocated time, maintaining productivity.
• Manage tools and workshop equipment and report defects.
• Follow all centre processes and work safely and professionally.
• Support and coach apprentices and colleagues.
• Attend specialist training to maintain technical expertise.
