We are recruiting for a Talent Pool of Qualified Train Drivers who want to deliver a high-quality rail service across the GWR network.
Our Qualified Train Drivers play a crucial role in setting a new standard for rail, focused on creating a relaxed, fast, efficient, and fun experience for our passengers. They also provide technical and operational expertise within our teams, delivering the highest standard of service.
We pride ourselves on Safety and Customer Service and are looking for individuals with excellent Safety Critical records, who enjoy working as part of a team.
About You
The role requires exceptional focus and attention to detail. Your ability to follow protocols and make critical decisions will be second to none. If you enjoy working with a team, have a passion for delivering great customer service, and maintain a high standard in Safety Critical history, we would love to hear from you.
