Job summary

Academics are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to join our supply team supporting primary schools across Chester and the surrounding areas. This role offers flexible days and the chance to work with pupils and teachers to help learning progress and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2 TA qualification or higher, have experience in a primary setting and demonstrate a patient, proactive approach while safeguarding pupils. Salary will be paid daily according to client pay policy.

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
• Previous experience working in a primary school
• A good understanding of the role of a TA
• Confidence supporting a range of pupils and abilities
• A patient, adaptable and proactive approach
