The Role:

We are looking for motivated Qualified Teachers to deliver high-quality education to students across various key stages and subjects, depending on specialism. In these temporary or flexible roles, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students while also contributing to the wider school community. These roles could be made permanent depending on the candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the abilities of all students.

  • Monitor and assess students progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.

  • Contribute to the development of the curriculum and participate in departmental meetings.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.

  • Engage with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support student success and well-being.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements.

  • Qualifications: A relevant degree in education or a related subject, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

  • Training: Experience in classroom management and differentiated instruction. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

  • Background Checks: All applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) prior to working if not already in possession of one that is registered to the update service. The cost of a DBS would be put forward to the applicant. Link3 Recruitment is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
To be considered for the higher end of the salary bracket, candidates should demonstrate:
  • Advanced Teaching Experience: Extensive experience in teaching at GCSE or A-Level, with a proven track record of student success.

  • Leadership or Coordinator Roles: Experience as a subject lead, department coordinator, or involvement in extracurricular activities related to education.

  • Professional Development: Continued professional development (CPD) in education, including advanced training or certifications that enhance teaching practice.

Location:

These roles are based in Staffordshire, within well-established schools. The schools are easily accessible by public transport and offer a supportive working environment.
