Role SummaryAs part of the Qualified Teaching team, you will support our autistic pupils using instruction based on behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement techniques to accelerate learning. Working within small class groups or on a 1:1 basis, you will use specialised support plans to help pupils meet their individual needs and achieve their full potential. You will also be responsible for designing, planning and delivering wider school curriculum and special events that encourage
development, enhance learning and provides unique opportunities to our pupils.
