Position: Qualified Teacher (QTS)
Location: Coalville
Salary: £150 - £200 per day
Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
Aspire People is proud to be working with a fantastic partnered school in Coalville to recruit a passionate and skilled Qualified Teacher (QTS) for a full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a difference in a supportive and thriving school environment.

As a Qualified Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to provide an inclusive and positive learning environment, ensuring every student is supported in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
Monitor and support students' academic and personal development.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver collaborative, effective teaching strategies.
Provide regular feedback to students and parents to track progress and support learning.
Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the overall development of the school community.

Requirements:

A valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary school setting (subject specialism preferred).
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and helping students succeed.
Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to the school's ethos.
