Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a flexible Supply Teacher for ongoing day-to-day supply in a Derby school within a large trust. You will deliver planned lessons, manage behaviour, and ensure high pupil engagement with guaranteed pay contracts available for suitable candidates.

Ideal candidates will hold QTS (ECTs welcomed), have UK school experience, and demonstrate strong classroom management and adaptability. A professional and reliable approach is essential.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a school in Derby which forms part of a large trust of schools. The school is looking for an engaging and adaptable Supply Teacher who can provide high-quality classroom cover while maintaining a positive learning environment.

The school is looking to take on a Supply Teacher for ongoing day-to-day supply, starting ASAP. The successful Supply Teacher will be expected to deliver planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure pupils remain engaged with their learning, with Guaranteed Pay Contracts available for suitable candidates.

The successful Supply Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within UK schools
• Strong classroom management skills
