Qualified Social Worker, Youth Justice Team Manager

Vitalis is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Youth Justice Team in Cardiff.

Cardiff Youth Justice Service is seeking a dedicated, professionally qualified Team Manager to oversee a team working with young people at risk of, or involved in, the criminal justice system. This interim role is pending a service restructure. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to staff, review, and quality check their work. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in quality assurance within youth justice work. You will work within a management team to develop the service, handle line management, performance management, and implementation.
