Job Title:Qualified Social Worker – Looked After Children Team
Location:Worcestershire
Rate:£33.30 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Worcestershire based within the Looked After Children team.

Responsibilities:

Working with Children and Families to achieve the desired outcome. Discharging care orders. Attending and participating in Strategy meetings. Conducting Looked After Children Reviews. Completing Care Plans. Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Completing Pathway Plans. Completing Children and Family Assessments. Multi-agency working with partner agencies.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Social Work England registration
