Qualifications

Job Description

Qualified Social Worker, Wolverhampton Council, Childrens MASH Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.

The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Assessments
  2. Child Protection work
  3. Care Management
  4. Manage a case load
  5. Home Visits
  6. Court Work
  7. Liaise with other professionals
  8. 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
  9. 3 month Temporary Contract
  10. Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent, must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
