Job Title:Qualified Adult’s Social Worker – Disabilities Team
Location:Warwickshire
Rate:Up to £32 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a busy Disabilities Team based in Warwickshire.

Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments for adults with disabilities, identifying appropriate services, and coordinating care and support. This role requires a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and the ability to manage a caseload effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with disabilities, have good assessments knowledge and have a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation.
