Job Description:

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a busy team in Trafford within the Looked After Children team.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with children and families to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Discharge care orders.
  • Attend and participate in strategy meetings.
  • Conduct Looked After Children Reviews.
  • Complete Care Plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), Pathway Plans, and Children and Family Assessments.
  • Engage in multi-agency working with partner agencies.
