Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager, Leeds

Pay rate: £40 - £45 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting for a Qualified Team Manager to work in Leeds.

  • Referrals through Assessment & Child in Needs, strategy discussion, S47 to Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings through court proceedings into permanence and adoption.
  • Practicing in line with the council’s restorative and family-led approach.
  • Manage and influence team culture.
  • Support with performance, case decision-making, and outcome-focused supervision.
  • Manage staff welfare, performance, and HR.

Applicants will be office-based and available during office hours 8.30 - 5, with some flexibility to support casework and safety planning.
