Vitalis is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in an Integrated Learning Disability Team in Camden.
We have an exciting new job opportunity in Camden’s Integrated Learning Disabilities Service. You will join a team of mixed professionals that delivers innovative, high-quality, inclusive support, responsive to the needs and strengths of people with learning disabilities and the wider community, building on our involvement in the Named Social Worker Pilot.
As a Team Manager, you will lead and manage multidisciplinary practitioner staff, including other qualified professionals, within the Supporting People directorate to provide high-quality, comprehensive, and effective service delivery. You will collaborate closely with managers and clinicians in the wider multidisciplinary team covering specialisms such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Psychiatry.
