Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager, First Response Team

Pay rate £46 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work as a Team manager in a First Response team in Leicestershire Council. We have a gap in our Team Manager structure in First Response Assessments. This is a Part-time post 18.5 hours per week Weds-Friday starting asap.

We would need a manager to work opposite an existing manager to have responsibility for a team of 5 SW’s and 1 Senior Practitioner. The manager would supervise 3 staff and be responsible for case management of this team. We operate a 5 week rolling rota onto duty and allocated back up days.

We would expect the manager to be office based on duty and back up days and have a presence in the office to support the team, with the expectation to be office based a minimum of 50% of the time (and 100% on duty weeks)
