Job Title: Social Worker (Children)

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a busy team in Tameside, based within the Looked After Children team.

Responsibilities

As a LAC Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes, discharging care orders, and attending and participating in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children Reviews, complete Care Plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), Pathway Plans, and Children and Family Assessments. Additionally, you will engage in multi-agency working with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support for the children and families you serve.
