Qualified Social Worker, Safeguarding Team
Pay rate – £32.67 per hour
Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Safeguarding team in Worcestershire.
Main role will be to make early decisions on whether safeguarding criteria is met and completing appropriate actions. Preference for candidates that have extensive experience in safeguarding arena that can work in a fast paced, pressured environment taking a minimum of 8 cases per week to action. Candidates will be expected to be part of a duty rota with one day’s duty per week. Candidates will be given an in-depth induction into safeguarding processes at Worcestershire County Council and support will be ongoing. Ideal candidate will be used to face paced duty work in a busy team, can work under pressure to a high standard of work.
