Job Title: Social Worker – Residential Children’s Homes

Location: Cardiff

Rate: £22.50 per hour overnight

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for Residential Workers for a Children’s Home in South Wales.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual care and ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children and young people in residential care.
• Support positive outcomes, maintain accurate records, and implement safeguarding measures to protect children from harm.
• Meet health and safety requirements, work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals, and engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Social Care Wales registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
