A short-term case-holding role is now open in Greater Manchester for a stable Duty & Assessment team. Are you ready to step away from long-term cases and work in a professional, steady-tempered team?
While you will handle a moderate caseload, due to the complexity of some cases, you will receive support from managers and colleagues to find solutions and manage your caseload effectively, helping to prevent burnout. Do you feel supported in your current team, or are you just handed your caseload and left to it?
Given that there are several teams, you can expect a high turnaround on your cases. If focus is important to you, the team offers some flexibility to work from home. Through Leaders in Care, we can assist in finding suitable arrangements, as we work directly with team managers.
