Qualified Social Worker - Older People Team

You will be working within a well-respected Local Authority based in the Powys area to cover the North of the county. You will work closely with our friendly team and colleagues across health and social services to deliver strengths-based positive outcomes for people. Ability to drive around a rural area is essential. You will need to have at least 2 years of social work experience and to be registered with Social Care Wales.
