Qualifications

Job Description

Qualified Social Worker, NQSW, Wrexham Council, Children in Need Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.

The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.

The responsibilities will include:

  1. Support with care and support cases (Child in need)
  2. Targeted work to move the cases on, step them down and/or close
  3. Manage a case load
  4. Liaise with other professionals
  5. 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
  6. 3 month Temporary Contract
  7. Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

Successful candidates will benefit from:
