In accordance with social care legislation and local government requirements, you will support the delivery of person-centered, safe, and effective social care services. Using your professional knowledge and experience, you will make assessments and decisions about appropriate interventions. Your excellent communication skills will help you establish and maintain relationships with service users and other agencies to meet their needs.

You will be committed to ensuring positive and sustainable outcomes for children, striving to provide the best possible results through best practices. Your passion for supporting children and families to thrive and flourish is essential. Our priority is to protect the most vulnerable and operate efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
  • SW, CSS, DipSW, or Social Work Degree; creative, flexible, forward-thinking
  • Experience in a Social Services Directorate or statutory/voluntary agency
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement for optimal outcomes
