Overview

Qualified Social Worker, Locality Team. Pay rate up to £30.51 per hour. Contract role. We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Locality Team in Sutton. 2 full time social workers required to work in the Wallington Locality Team. This is a general adults team, undertaking new assessments for adults, reviews, carers assessments, CHC / DST work.

Responsibilities

• Undertake new assessments for adults.
• Conduct reviews and carers assessments.
• Work on CHC / DST processes as required.
