Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join a busy Hospital Discharge Team based in Lancashire.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will gain experience within adult social care and complete mental capacity assessments. You will set up packages of care and support planning. At all times, you will identify areas of need and/or risk of harm and ensure appropriate safeguarding practices and measures are observed and in place.

Qualifications and Experiences:

You must have experience within adult social care and completing mental capacity assessments. You should be adept at setting up packages of care and support planning. At all times, you need to identify areas of need and/or risk of harm and ensure appropriate safeguarding practices and measures are observed and in place.You must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
