Job Description

Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Child Protection Team

Location: Kensington Chelsea

Rate: £38.5 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, care management, and social work services to children and their families in accordance with legislation, council, and group policies.
• Promote effective working relationships with mental health services and voluntary/community partners to support care-experienced young people.
• Develop an understanding of evidence-based practices and integrate models of best practice into daily service delivery.
• Participate in clinical supervision, risk assessments, and liaise with mental health services across boroughs.
• Develop and review multi-agency Pathway Plans collaboratively with young people to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications and Experience
