Job Opportunity: Family Safeguarding Social Worker – Up to £42/hr – Guildford, Surrey

About the Role:

As a Family Safeguarding Social Worker, you will work with children and families to reduce risks, improve outcomes, and keep families together wherever safely possible. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team using motivational interviewing and a strengths-based approach to achieve lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of children in need, child protection, and court proceedings Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families Work collaboratively with other professionals in health, education, and mental health Ensure high-quality assessments, plans, and interventions
