Social Worker – Redbridge-Family Help Service– £33 per hour

• Rate: £33per hour

About the role:

Redbridge Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Family Help Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an early intervention team focused on supporting families to stay together safely and prevent escalation to statutory services.

Key Responsibilities

Work with children and families to provide targeted early help support. Complete assessments and plans under the Early Help Framework. Build strong relationships with families and partner agencies to create lasting change. Use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to practice. Support children on the edge of care or returning home from care.
