Job Description

Qualified Social Worker, Essex County Council, Adult Hospital Early Intervention Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team.

The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Current experience working in an Adults Early Interventions Team
2. Care Management
3. Review Care Packages
4. Adult Placement
5. Report writing
6. Home Visits
7. Liaise with other professionals
8. 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
9. 2 Month Temporary Contract
10. Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent, must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
