Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team based within the Looked After Children team in Dudley.
Primary Responsibilities as a LAC Social Worker:
You will work with children and families to achieve the desired outcomes, discharge care orders, attend and participate in strategy meetings, conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Additionally, you will complete pathway plans, children and family assessments, and engage in multi-agency working with partner agencies. Balancing these responsibilities requires excellent time management and dedication to providing quality care and support to the community.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK license, and have post-qualified experience. Additionally, you should hold a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
