Location: Cornwall

Rate: £32 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Cornwall Council for a qualified Social Worker to join their Mental Health Team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Care Act Assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA)
  • Making Best Interests decisions
  • Developing and implementing Support Plans
  • Requesting care and support as needed
  • Focusing on reablement strategies, assistive technology, and community resources to support clients
