Are you passionate about supporting children and young people in care as they navigate their journey to independence? Sutton Council is looking for a dedicated and skilled Social Worker to join the Children Looked After and Leaving Care Service, helping to secure brighter futures for some of our most vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of children looked after and care leavers aged 0–25.
• Undertake statutory visits, assessments, pathway planning, and reviews.
• Work closely with foster carers, residential providers, education, health, and other key professionals.
• Support young people through transitions, including into semi-independent and independent living.
• Prepare reports for court and other professional forums, ensuring quality and compliance with statutory requirements.
