Qualified Social Worker, CIN/CP Team

Pay rate £37 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a CIN/CP team in Leeds.

We are looking for an experienced social worker who is able to manage a caseload comprising Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, and Child Care Proceedings until permanence. This caseload will have a level of complexity and lead worker responsibilities working alongside other social workers. It will not have supervisory or line manager responsibilities. Social workers should be able to practice restoratively with children and families and promote family-led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs.
