Qualified Social Worker, Children with Disabilities Team
Pay rate £35 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for the Children with Disabilities Team in Rochdale. The team manages cases where disability is the primary factor affecting outcomes and impact for the child. Responsibilities include assessing and offering short break services to children with diagnosed disabilities and/or complex health needs, as well as managing safeguarding cases, including child protection processes such as Child Protection Conferences, Public Law Outline, and Proceedings.
