Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a busy Children Assessments Team based in North Somerset.

Job Description:

To deliver targeted and specialist social work services for children and young people in need of support, protection, and care, it is essential to always promote their safety and wellbeing, champion their rights and entitlements, and improve their life chances and overall outcomes. Working collaboratively in partnership with parents and carers, a strength-based, relationship-focused model of approach should be promoted. Additionally, maintaining all necessary records and documentation in line with agreed procedures and best practice standards, including children’s electronic records and other computerized systems, is crucial.

Qualifications and Experiences:
