Job Description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join the Children’s team in Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with children and families to achieve desired outcomes
  • Discharge care orders
  • Attend and participate in strategy meetings
  • Conduct Looked After Children reviews
  • Complete care plans and Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
  • Complete pathway plans and assessments
  • Engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies

Qualifications
