Job Title: Social Worker (Children)
Location: Blackpool
Working Hours: Hybrid
Rate: £41.91 per hour

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Blackpool based within the Looked After Children team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with children and families to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Discharging care orders
  • Attending and participating in strategy meetings
  • Conducting Looked After Children Reviews
  • Completing Care Plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), Pathway Plans, and Children and Family Assessments
  • Engaging in multi-agency working with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support and effective service delivery
