Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to complex referrals, requests for service, or advice, especially regarding safeguarding/risk issues, and use decision-making processes to plan appropriate social work or social care interventions.
• Provide information, support, guidance, and services to adults, children, young people, carers, and their families, ensuring concerns are addressed professionally and timely.
• Include the views of adults, children, young people, carers, and families in assessment and service planning.
• Identify risks and safeguarding needs, escalating when necessary.
