Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to work as an Assistant Team Manager in a Hospital Discharge Team in Stockport.
Stockport (SMBC) requires an assistant team manager to work within ARCH, our hospital discharge team.
The manager should have thorough knowledge of legislation (Care Act, safeguarding, MCA, BIM, etc.), experience in managing and supervising social workers and unqualified staff, and supporting hospital discharges, including pathway work. The role is based at Stepping Hill Hospital and Regent House, Stockport.
The role involves working from 9-5 in a busy environment, ensuring smooth flow and staff support to deliver safe and timely discharges.
