What you will do:

• Complete assessments under applicable legislation to identify risk and required levels of intervention.
• Liaise and negotiate with service users, carers, hospital colleagues, and external agencies to guarantee that the provided services meet high standards.
• Effectively manage your workload while aligning with Directorate priorities and policies.
• Maintain detailed and timely electronic records of your work and complete necessary administrative tasks.
• Prepare for and actively participate in Time to Talk sessions and meetings; further your development through available training opportunities.
• Document evidence as part of your continual professional development requirements.
• Contribute to the team’s duty rota and manage enquiries and referrals per established procedures.
• Participate in service evaluations and development, sharing insights and practices with team members and stakeholders.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of vulnerable adults and children encountered in your work.
• Undertake additional duties as required, consistent with the level of this post.
