Pay rate: £40 per hour

Are you a Qualified Social Worker looking for a new opportunity within Adults Referral and Assessment? We are currently working with a local authority in Greater Manchester seeking an experienced social work Assistant Team Manager to lead their Referral and Assessment team. Candidates must have prior experience in Adult Social Care and a good understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act, and Mental Health Act. You will be supported by an experienced team manager.

In this role, you will support the delivery of person-centred, safe, and effective social care services, making assessments and decisions about appropriate interventions, and establishing relationships with service users and agencies to meet their needs.
